Strength Training

Tuesday & Thursday
6:30pm - 7:30pm

In our Strength Training classes we focus on all around fitness. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, our trainers are able to modify workouts for each individual. This is a great place to start building the strength needed to improve at Ninja/OCR obstacles.

Ninja Fitness

Tuesday & Thursday
7:30pm - 8:30pm.

Similar to the Strength Training class, in Ninja Fitness we incorporate the obstacles into the workout to make it fun and enjoyable. This is a great class to join if you don't want to stay in the weight section but still want a hard workout.

Adult Ninja

Monday & Wednesday
7:00pm - 8:00pm

The Adult Ninja class functions very much like the Kids Ninja class in that we will go over technique and efficiencies to complete obstacles. This class will train your skills and improve your body awareness both on and off the obstacles. OCR Obstacles can get tough, but this class will help you avoid those burpees!

Kids Ninja

Ages 7 - 12

In the Kids Ninja Class we teach Fundamental Movements needed in Ninja ie. Swinging, Hanging, Jumping, and Climbing. From the basics we scale up to learning more advanced skills such as Lachés, Rope Climbs, Warped Wall, and Problem Solving. Our main goal is to teach full body control and awareness while being in a safe and fun environment

Rise and Shine

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:00am - 7:00am

For all you early risers, this class features tough but enjoyable workouts! Like all other classes, exercises are scalable to each persons athletic capabilities.
